鋁平板、鋁卷板的性能與用處
　　Performance and Application of Aluminum Plate and Aluminum Coil鋁板，是指用鋁材或鋁合金資料制成的板型資料?；蛘哒f是由扁鋁胚經(jīng)加熱、軋延及拉直或固溶時效熱等過程制造而成的板型鋁制品。

　　建筑上運用的鋁板包括單層鋁板、復(fù)合鋁板等多種資料，普通常常指單層鋁板（也有叫單鋁板或純鋁板），多用于建筑裝飾工程中，近年來在鋁板幕墻中單層鋁板運用的較為多見。鋁板幕墻也是幕墻的一種方式，簡單地說是用鋁板替代玻璃制成幕墻，鋁板幕墻多用于作墻體蔽護和不采光的墻壁。

　　國外的鋁板幕墻不斷選用單層鋁板。單層鋁板普通用純鋁板。鋁板厚度為3mm，為了增強鋁板板面強度，在鋁板的反面，必需裝置增強筋(現(xiàn)有的廠家不安)，增強筋用厚的鋁帶做成，先用閃光焊機把一顆顆螺絲帽焊在鋁板反面然后把作增強筋的鋁條鉆孔套進螺絲內(nèi)，用螺絲固定。我國為了減輕鋁板重量，增加鋁板強度，我們采用鋁合金板，常選用21號防銹鋁代號LF21壓成的鋁板作幕墻鋁板。鋁板厚度由原來3mm減少為2.5mm，該合金強度比純鋁板高出一倍左右。增強筋用LF21鋁帶，鋁帶的寬度厚度依據(jù)鋁板板面而定，普通厚2-2.5mm，寬10-25mm。鋁板幕墻的鋁板反面為什么要安增強筋，是在外界正負壓力的狀況下，鋁板一不會凹陷，二不會鼓出，這樣就防止了鋁板幕墻重復(fù)里外振動而發(fā)出的振動聲音。假如需求隔音保溫，可在鋁板內(nèi)側(cè)，安放巖棉、礦渣棉或發(fā)泡處置。

　　幕墻鋁板外表處置，可分為二種辦法，一種是陽極氧化，另一種是靜電噴涂。陽極氧化的氧化膜普通在12μ以上，顏色只要古銅色和白色兩種，顏色單調(diào)，更為嚴重的缺陷是每塊鋁板板面的顏色深淺不一，許多塊幕墻板組合在一同構(gòu)成一個幕墻整體效果十分難看。這個缺陷能夠說無法消弭，并非消費技術(shù)形成的，而是由于鋁板并非是由一批號，化學(xué)成份，均有小的差異，再加上氧化時電解槽液電流密度等要素均無法完整一樣，所以氧化后的顏色幾均有差別，單張看可能不明顯，若都排在一同即十分明顯。所以鋁板幕墻的鋁板外表處置，決不能用陽極氧化。

　　幕墻鋁板外表處置的另一種辦法是靜電噴涂。噴涂又分為粉沫噴涂和液體噴涂。粉沫噴涂資料主要為：聚氨酯、聚脹樹脂、環(huán)氧樹脂等原料配以高保色性顏料，可得到幾十種不同顏色的噴涂粉沫。該噴涂粉沫，耐撞碰耐磨擦，在50公斤撞擊下，鋁板變形，噴涂層無裂紋，無掉層完好無損，抗稀酸及砂漿。獨一的缺陷怕紫外線長期映照，幾年后易產(chǎn)生陰陽面顏色的差別。國內(nèi)不少廠家消費的噴涂粉沫，重量差別甚大，有的粉沫含金屑這種粉沫在掛到墻面以后，隨陽光角度變化，白晝和傍晚有變化，墻面顏色深淺有差別，選用粉沫噴涂料希惹起留意。
