鋁卷在成卷之前，需求做一些預(yù)處理工段，以保證鋁卷表面的干凈。免得其表面存在殘留的油脂及光滑劑，對涂裝及運用發(fā)生影響。所以，鋁卷在成型前要對它進行下面幾個方面的預(yù)處理。

再次，對它進行鈍化處理。鈍化處理是經(jīng)過加壓噴淋、浸涂或輥涂等方式使鈍化劑在基材表面形成轉(zhuǎn)化膜。通常運用加壓噴淋的方式，鈍化液在運用過程中發(fā)生的泥渣往往會擁塞噴孔，從而影響噴淋得功效。浸涂的方式盡管處理了這一問題，但鈍化液的打發(fā)量較大。以上兩種方式在本質(zhì)操縱中都需求用水清洗有余的鈍化液，就會發(fā)生廢水的收回和凈化問題，輥涂是好的鈍化施工方式，擁有涂布平均、經(jīng)濟適用、不需淋洗等優(yōu)勢。鋁板通常選用鉻酸鹽/氧化物型處理劑，該類處理劑含有鉻酸鹽、鉻酸、磷酸及促成劑氟化物和鉬酸鹽。該類處理劑一定加入磷酸，不然就不能用來處理食物和飲料用鋁板。
Thirdly, it is passivated. Passivation is to form conversion film on the surface of substrate by pressure spray, dip coating or roller coating. Usually using the way of pressurized spray, the sludge produced in the process of passivation liquid often congests the spray hole, thus affecting the efficiency of spray. Roller coating is a good passivation construction method, with the advantages of average coating, economic applicability and no need of washing. Chromate / oxide type treatment agent is usually used for aluminum plate, which contains chromate, chromic acid, phosphoric acid and promoters fluoride and molybdate. Phosphoric acid must be added to this kind of treatment agent, otherwise it can not be used to treat aluminum plate for food and beverage.
