鋁卷整平包裝本質(zhì)上是選用小壓下率（0.3%-3%）的冷軋。整平可改進板形，提升板帶的豎直度，根據(jù)調(diào)節(jié)整平的壓下率，能夠讓板熱軋帶鋼的物理性能在一定的范疇內(nèi)有轉(zhuǎn)變。根據(jù)雙擊鼠標架或三聲卡機架整平還能夠完成很大的壓下率，便于制造纖薄的鍍錫板。經(jīng)熱處理后的一般板帶、鍍錫板、汽車板材等都需要進行整平。
